SHIPPING
Allow 4-5 weeks for clothing deliveries. This includes the time to custom make your garment and shipping. Other items will be sent out immediately once your order and your payment have been confirmed. Allow 1-2 weeks for their delivery.
COURIER
We ship worldwide. All clothing shipments will be made via DHL WORLD-WIDE COURIER. We have found this to be the safest and fastest mode of delivery. Couriers also provide on-line tracking information. Therefore, a home or office address is required. We will not ship to PO Boxes because the parcel must be signed for. All shipments will be charged a flat rate of $22.00.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
GARMENTS
No returns or exchanges of clothing will be accepted since each garment is made to your personal measurements. If you have given incorrect measurements and need the garment to be altered, Renegade Woman will perform the alterations at no extra charge, however, all shipment fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE
You may return an item if the measurements you have given us were incorrectly applied to the garment. However, cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Renegade Woman will bear the cost of re-shipment fees once the alterations have been completed.
ACCESSORIES AND JEWELRY
Accessories and jewelry may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, less shipping fees. If the item is to be exchanged, it must be returned within 14 days and return shipping will be paid by Renegade Woman.
PAYMENTS
2CO (To Check Out) is the preferred vehicle for payments; however, payments made by check or money order will also be accepted. For those payments, allow six working days for clearance. Payments will be accepted in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds Sterling.
We make every effort to maintain accurate prices on our website; however, this is not always possible for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.
